My Adventures as an Expert Witness
Dr. Rodenburg has been a professor at Rutgers for over 20 years. For the last five years she has worked as an expert witness on behalf of several cities and states who are suing Monsanto over issues related to polychlorinated biphenyls. In this seminar she will discuss the process of being an expert witness. She will not discuss the specifics of any case, but will compare and contrast PCBs and PFAS. She will give anecdotes and advice for anyone considering expert witness work.
