Increasing soil health and sequestering carbon in agricultural soils: A natural climate solution.

The extensive degradation of our nation's soils jeopardizes agricultural productivity and food security and exposes our nation's farmers to considerable risk from climate change. Immediate action to rebuild soil health is now a national imperative. In this talk, I'll discuss evidence-based recommendations for agricultural management practices that will sequester carbon in the soil and help to curb climate change. These practices will also rebuild soil health, increase agricultural productivity, help the environment, and benefit farmers economically.
