Cisco AnyConnect: Virtual Private Network (VPN) for Rutgers

  1. VPN service will now require two-step login with Duo.

Issues Traveling

  1. If the DUO options are not available (e.g., lost phone, poor cellular/wifi service) while traveling, contact the helpdesk (848-932-HELP) to obtain a "bypass" code.
  2. It is recommended to learn about bypass codes prior to travel, or you can also request 10 one-time-use passcodes before you travel.
